Since 2022, RECLAB has participated in the largest integration of leading petrochemical enterprises in Tatarstan. The project involves facilities with a total workforce of 15,000 employees. These facilities are undergoing an active stage of practice exchange, implementation of global changes in management, reorganization of structures, and reconstruction of assets (Seldon.News).

The creation of the consolidated company is aimed at increasing the sustainability and competitiveness of the oil and gas chemical business. This strategic step will create additional opportunities for the growth of the Russian oil and gas chemical industry, considering its high capital intensity and potential for increasing chemical product exports.
