1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy for the Processing and Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter – the "Policy") is adopted and effective within LLC "Laboratoriya Rekrutmenta" (hereinafter the "Company" and/or "Controller"). The document explains how personal data is processed by our company, which provides services in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, assessment, and the provision of temporary staff.

1.2. This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."

1.3. This Controller's policy regarding the processing of personal data applies to all information that the Controller may obtain about visitors of the reclab.pro website.

1.4. The following terms and definitions are used in this Policy:

  • "Personal Data" – any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • "Controller" (or Data Controller) – a state body, municipal body, legal entity, or natural person who, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, and the actions performed with personal data.

  • "Destruction of Personal Data" – actions that make it impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or as a result of which the tangible media of personal data are destroyed.
  • "Personal Data Information System" – a set of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing.
  • "Confidentiality of Personal Data" – a mandatory requirement for the Controller not to disclose personal data to third parties and not to allow their distribution without the consent of the personal data subject or the presence of other legal grounds.
  • "Candidate" or "User" – a natural person who has given consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of assisting in employment.

2. Principles and Conditions for Personal Data Processing

2.1. The processing of personal data is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.

2.2. Only personal data that meets the purposes of its processing shall be processed.

2.3. The content and volume of processed personal data correspond to the stated purposes of processing. The processed personal data are not excessive in relation to the stated purposes of their processing.

2.4. Personal data processing is limited to achieving specific, predefined, and lawful goals.

2.5. We take all necessary measures to ensure the security of personal data during their processing.

2.6. We respect the rights and legitimate interests of personal data subjects and ensure their protection when processing personal data.

2.7. Biometric Personal Data may be processed in the Company only with the written consent of the personal data subject.

2.8. The Company does not process Biometric Personal Data, with the exception of the photographic image of the personal data subject, subject to the conditions provided for by law.

2.10. The Company provides Talent Acquisition services to our clients. The Company processes the personal data of individuals it contacts using an Information System.

3. Processed Personal Data

3.1. For this Policy, personal data means:

  • Personal data that the Candidate provided about themselves when sending their resume on the Company's website, via email, or provided in person when visiting the Company's office;
  • Personal data provided by Candidates typically includes:
  • Last Name, First Name, Patronymic (if applicable)
  • Information about education
  • Information about the position held
  • Information about the place of work, as well as information about previous places of work
  • Information about salary
  • Information about social benefits
  • Residential address
  • Contact details (home and/or mobile phone, email address)
  • Information about professional diplomas, certificates, materials on advanced training and retraining
  • Other information that the Candidate may provide on their own initiative for the purpose of employment.
3.2. The personal data of employees processed in the Company are determined based on the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Company's regulatory acts.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The processing of personal data subjects is carried out by the Company for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilling the provisions of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation;
  • Making a decision on the employment of a candidate for work at the Company or for the Company's client services;
  • Conclusion and fulfillment of obligations under contracts for the services provided by the Company;
  • Responding to your requests and providing answers to requests for additional information;
  • Organizing your participation in our events and surveys;
  • Sending you our news materials;
  • Providing resumes;
  • Business Development and services.
4.2. Personal data is stored until the Candidate withdraws consent to the processing of their personal data.

4.3. The Controller also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending a letter to the Controller at the email address info@reclab.pro with the subject line "Refusal of notifications about new products and services and special offers."

5. Personal Data Processing and Transfer to Third Parties

5.1. In accordance with the Legislation, the processing of personal data means any action performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data.

5.2. Personal data of Candidates is transferred for the purpose of possible employment only to the Company's clients (potential employers).

5.3. The Company's clients (potential employers) are warned about the confidentiality of the information being transferred. 5.4. If you participate in a user survey, we may ask you to provide us with your personal data, including your name, email address, your views, and opinions. 5.5. We store your personal data until we finish providing our services, as well as according to the requirements of the law, tax service, and accounting. If your personal data is no longer needed, we guarantee that it will be safely disposed of. If required by law, we will notify you of this.

6. Obtaining Consent to Personal Data Processing

6.1. According to the Legislation of the Russian Federation, any company processing personal data is obliged to obtain the consent of the owner of the personal data for such processing. 6.2. The owner of the personal data who has given such consent may revoke it at any time by issuing a corresponding withdrawal of consent.

7. Termination of Personal Data Processing

7.1. The Company ceases the processing of your personal data in the following cases:
  • Upon the occurrence of conditions for the cessation of personal data processing or upon the expiration of established deadlines;
  • Upon achieving the purposes of their processing or in case the necessity to achieve these goals is lost;
  • At your request, if the processed personal data are illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
  • Upon the expiration of the term of your consent to the processing of personal data or in case you withdraw such consent, if there are no other legal grounds for processing personal data provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • In the event of the Company's liquidation.

8. Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing

8.1. In the event of your refusal to process personal data, the Company will be obliged to cease their processing. Such a step should be taken in cases where you are confident that the Company's specialists cannot assist you. If you do not wish to receive any information about vacancies in the near future, inform the Company's employee, who will enter this information into the Information System.

8.2. If you decide to withdraw your previously executed written consent, you must send us a withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data to the following address: 119530, Moscow, Ochakovskoe Shosse 28, building 2, premises 8H/3. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data protection, we will cease the processing of your personal data within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of the written withdrawal. Confirmation of the cessation of processing of your personal data will be sent to you.

CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By taking any action on the reclab.pro website (hereinafter the "Website") aimed at using the website, including viewing and searching for vacancies, applying for vacancies, or any other actions aimed at using the website, the Visitor accepts this Consent to Personal Data Processing (hereinafter the "Consent"). The Visitor confirms that they give their consent freely, by their own will, and in their own interest, and also confirms their legal capacity.

I confirm that all my personal data specified by me and transferred to the Controller are reliable and have the status of "publicly available" (in the interpretation of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"). The list of personal data for the processing of which consent is given and which have the status of "publicly available":

  • Last Name, First Name, Patronymic
  • Date of birth
  • Information about education
  • Information about profession, position
  • Information about places of work
  • Phone number and email address
  • Photograph
  • Marital status
  • Other information specified by me in the resume.
Personal data is transferred for the purpose of searching for a potential employer and solely for the fulfillment of contractual obligations between the Controller and Customers (potential employers). The Controller has the right to process my personal data by entering it into the electronic database of LLC "Agentstvo Kontakt Rekrutment."

Consent to the processing and use of my personal data is given for an unlimited period, provided that I have not issued a withdrawal of this permission.

I reserve the right to withdraw my consent by drawing up a corresponding written document, which can be sent by me to the Controller by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, or delivered in person against a receipt to the Controller's representative."
